Shipping policy

UK delivery

Standard tracked delivery costs £4.50 per order. We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

We use Royal Mail or another tracked carrier appropriate for the parcel and destination.

Dispatch and delivery times

We dispatch in-stock orders within one working day, with same-day dispatch where possible.

After dispatch, please allow an estimated 3–5 working days for delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking your order

We’ll send your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number. We’ll investigate the delivery with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
