RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your order. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, email returns@boredsheepshop.com within those 14 days. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

We will provide the return address and return instructions by email. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as it may be sent to the wrong location.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Returned items must be sent back in the condition in which they were received. You may inspect or try on an item as you would in a shop, but it must not be worn beyond this, washed, altered, damaged or exposed to smoke, strong odours or pet hair.

Any original tags or packaging supplied with the item should also be returned where applicable. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the item beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Please obtain proof of postage and keep it until your return has been completed. We cannot accept responsibility for return parcels that are lost before reaching us, so a tracked service is recommended.

PRE-OWNED ITEMS

Many of our products are pre-owned. We carefully inspect each item and describe its condition, including any significant signs of wear or faults that we identify.

Normal signs of wear, or a flaw clearly shown or described before purchase, will not usually be treated as a fault. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if it is faulty, damaged, not as described or if you have received the wrong item.

Email returns@boredsheepshop.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, clear photographs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage costs and provide the remedy required by UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights include a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days. Other rights may apply after this period, including repair, replacement or a refund where appropriate.

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

• Digital content once downloading or access has begun, where you agreed to lose your cancellation right

• Gift cards, except where required by law

Sale items may be returned under the same change-of-mind terms as other eligible items.

These exceptions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

EXCHANGES

Because many of our pre-owned items are unique, we cannot guarantee a replacement will be available.

If you would like a different item, please contact us to arrange a return and place a separate order for the item you want.

REFUNDS

We will let you know when your return has been received and inspected.

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that it has been sent back, where applicable.

For a full-order cancellation, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the standard delivery cost.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
