We have been obsessed with this spicy historical drama since it launched onto our screens. It portrays the life of a young Elizabeth and her marriage to Prince Philip and the trials and tribulations of becoming a young Queen. 

We also get to live vicariously through younger sister Princess  “disobedience is my joy!” Margaret, the black sheep of the family.

Does the Queen watch the show? One couldn’t possibly comment, but allegedly sources close to her majesty have hinted that she might be a fan and has given it her royal stamp of approval. 

Why do we love tuning in season after season? Because we’re here for the drama, the love triangles, the fashion, the power moves and the scandal. 

.. And long may it reign.
